Chantry Quarry was developed by Latchmere Properties. The original Planning Application (February 2009) was rejected but following an Appeal in Jan 2010, permission was granted in March 2010. Building commenced in 2012 and the last property was completed in August 2015. The primary Architect was Mark Baker, of Brookes Architects, and the primary Contractor was R Durtnell and Son.
